About the Role

Famepilot is looking for an experienced and hands\-on Accounts \& Finance Executive to manage the company's end\-to\-end accounting and finance operations.

The ideal candidate must have practical experience with **Zoho Books** and a strong understanding of accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate should be capable of independently managing daily accounting activities and ensuring accurate financial records with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting and end\-to\-end finance operations using **Zoho Books**.
• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
• Manage GST calculations, reconciliations, return preparation, and filing.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.
• Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor expenses, outstanding receivables, payables, and cash flow.
• Support monthly and year\-end accounting closures.
• Ensure timely completion of tax filings and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants and auditors for accounting, taxation, and audits.
• Maintain financial documentation, invoices, vouchers, and supporting records.
• Assist management with financial reports, budgeting, and expense tracking.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts \& Finance.
• **Mandatory hands\-on experience with Zoho Books.**
• Ability to independently manage end\-to\-end accounting and finance operations.
• Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, vendor management, and financial reporting.
• Good command of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ownership.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with management, vendors, and external CAs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a startup or growing organisation.
• Exposure to cash flow monitoring, expense management, and budgeting.
• Ability to manage accounting activities with minimal supervision.
