We are looking for an experienced **Finance \& Accounts Manager** to manage the company’s overall finance and accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, cash\-flow management, and smooth day\-to\-day operations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage Finance \& Accounts activities and statutory compliance.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other filings.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
• Review accounting records and financial documentation.
• Monitor billing, payments, collections, and reconciliations.
• Maintain proper internal financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile :**

• **Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounts is mandatory.**
• Previous experience in a **Finance/Accounts role is compulsory**.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Good working knowledge of **MS Excel and accounting software/ERP**.
• Strong analytical, communication, and team\-management skills.
• Candidates who have independently handled **Finance \& Accounts responsibilities** will be preferred.
