• *Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Sales Manager / Assistant Manager to drive sales and business development for our Windows products. The ideal candidate should have **2\+ years of experience in the Windows industry**. Candidates from other sales industries with an **Engineering background** and relevant technical sales experience may also be considered.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle customer enquiries, generate leads, and develop new business opportunities.
• Meet Customers , understand project requirements, and recommend suitable window solutions.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate with customers, and ensure timely order closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top architects.
• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and maintain regular sales reports in CRM.
• Conduct regular follow\-ups with existing and potential customers to improve conversions.
• Identify new market opportunities and support business growth.

• *Requirements**

• Minimum **2\+ years of sales experience**, preferably in the **Windows industry**.
• Candidates from other sales backgrounds and an **Engineering background**. may be Considered.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to explain products to customers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow\-up skills.
• Good customer relationship management and target\-oriented approach.
• Experience in the construction or interior industry will be an added advantage.
