We are seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced Finance \& Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision\-making. Candidates with prior experience in the healthcare or hospital sector will be given preference.

• *Qualifications:**

• MBA in Finance / M.Com / CA Intermediate

• *Experience:**

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts
• Hospital or healthcare industry experience preferred

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Prepare and analyze financial statements such as Profit \& Loss (P\&L) and Balance Sheet (BS)
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities

• *Technical Skills**

* Proficiency in

• Profit \& Loss (P\&L) Management
• Balance Sheet (BS) Preparation
• General Ledger (GL) Accounting
• Audit Handling and Compliance
