Sampathi credits private limited is a growing NBFC focused on providing innovative financial solutions to individuals and businesses. We are seeking a detail\-oriented and analytical Finance Associate to support our finance and operations team.

*Key Responsibilities**

Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
Assist in loan disbursement, repayment tracking, and reconciliation processes.
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and monthly management reports.
Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and vendor payments.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities when required.
Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
Maintain customer financial records and support collections/account servicing.
Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

*Required Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
MBA (Finance) or CA Inter candidates preferred.
1–3 years of experience in finance/accounts, preferably in an NBFC, banking, or financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/Tally/ERP systems.
Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
