*Key Responsibilities**
Manage end\-to\-end accounting: GL, AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with **Ind AS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC**
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Lead **statutory, tax, and internal audits**
Oversee BPO\-specific finance operations: billing, revenue recognition, and cost allocation
Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes
Partner with leadership for insights and decision support
