We are looking for a detail\-oriented and strategic **Finance Executive** who will manage the organization’s financial health, strengthen cashflow processes, and prepare the business for fundraising and investor engagement. The role also includes coordination of essential legal and government registrations to make the company eligible for grants, schemes, and Start\-up ecosystem benefits.
- *1\. Financial Management**
- Manage day\-to\-day **cashflow planning and monitoring** to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare cashflow forecasts, MIS reports, and utilization statements.
- Track revenue, expenses, and working capital requirements.
- *2\. Fundraising Readiness**
- Develop a **roadmap for fundraising**, including financial projections and valuation inputs.
- Structure the business to become eligible for venture funding and equity investment.
- Prepare pitch financials, investor data rooms, and due\-diligence documents.
- *3\. Investor \& Equity Access**
- Identify and connect with **equity partners, institutional investors, private investors, and HNIs**.
- Coordinate meetings and communication with potential investors.
- Support in negotiation of term sheets in consultation with management.
- *4\. Legal \& Compliance Support**
- Coordinate **company registration** processes and statutory filings.
- Handle registrations including:
- **Start\-up India registration**
- **MSME registration**
- Any other government compliance required for business expansion.
- *5\. Government Grants \& Schemes**
- Research relevant **government grants, subsidies, and financial schemes**.
- Prepare and submit applications with required financial and legal documentation.
- Liaise with banks and government departments.
- *Skills \& QualificationsEducation**
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.
- Minimum 4 years in finance operations, cashflow management, or fundraising support.
- Financial planning and analysis
- Investor presentation and projections
- Knowledge of the equity fundraising process
- Understanding of Start\-up India, MSME, and grant ecosystem
- Advanced Excel and accounting tools
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Experience in Tally ERP 9
- Knowledge of GST \& Income Tax return
