Finance Executive

Job Summary

Offenso Hackers Academy is looking for a detail\-oriented and responsible Finance Executive to manage student fee collections, issue payment receipts, maintain financial records, and support day\-to\-day finance operations. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with Tally and a basic understanding of GST compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student fee collections and payment follow\-ups.
• Generate and issue payment receipts promptly.
• Record all financial transactions accurately in Tally.
• Maintain daily cash, bank, and collection records.
• Prepare invoices and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in GST\-related activities, including maintaining GST records and supporting return filing.
• Reconcile bank statements and payment records.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Sales teams regarding student payments.
• Maintain accurate financial reports and records.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Basic knowledge of GST and accounting principles.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in educational institutions is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of invoicing and receipt management.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments effectively.
