### **Role Overview**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented Finance Executive with 2–4 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and financial operations. The candidate should have hands\-on experience with general ledger management, GST/TDS compliance, and accounting software such as Tally and Zoho Books.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Maintain general ledger, books of accounts, and day\-to\-day accounting records.
• Manage bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Handle GST and TDS calculations, return filings, and statutory compliance.
• Assist in taxation, month\-end closing, and preparation of financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Ensure accurate accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, and proper coding of transactions.
• Work on accounting platforms such as Tally and Zoho Books.
• Coordinate with multiple departments for invoices, payments, expenses, and financial documentation.
• Maintain financial records and support internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure timely and accurate closure of books and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

### **Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, bookkeeping, journal entries, and taxation.
• Practical experience in GST and TDS filing and compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally and/or Zoho Books.
• Good understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and coordination abilities.

• *Preferred:** Candidates with hands\-on experience in end\-to\-end accounting operations and monthly book closure.
