About the Role
Zechay is looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support the company's financial planning and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Record and track income, expenses, and financial transactions.
Prepare financial reports and MIS reports.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Support franchise\-related financial tracking and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in finance/accounting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in franchise, retail, or hospitality industries.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
