CK’s Ingredients Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 22000:2018 and FSSAI\-certified manufacturer of food ingredients — preservatives, emulsifiers, flavours, and bakery improvers — trusted by distributors, bakeries, and food manufacturers across India for over a decade. CK’s is now entering a significant growth phase, expanding pan\-India and into GCC markets.

• *ABOUT THIS ROLE**

We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented **Finance Manager** to lead our Finance \& Accounts function at the head office in Tripunithura, Kochi. You will manage the full spectrum of financial operations — from budgeting, MIS reporting, and cash flow management to GST compliance, audit coordination, and team leadership. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a central role in supporting CK’s growth with sound financial governance and proactive financial management.

• *WHAT YOU WILL DO**

• Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and monthly MIS reports for the GM and MD
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships on an ongoing basis
• Ensure full and timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and ROC requirements
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable; drive distributor and customer collections
• Analyse product\-wise costs, margins, and profitability; support pricing and business decisions
• Coordinate and manage the statutory audit process; maintain audit\-ready books at all times
• Maintain and improve financial controls, approval workflows, and accounting processes
• Lead and review the work of the Senior Accountant and Accounts Assistant

• *WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

• CA / CMA — strongly preferred; MBA Finance considered with strong relevant experience
• 5–8 years of progressive Finance \& Accounts experience; at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance — mandatory
• Proficiency in Tally Prime — mandatory; ERP experience is an advantage
• Experience with cash flow management and banking relationships
• Prior experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG company is a distinct advantage
• Fluent in Malayalam and English; high integrity and strong attention to detail

• ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month commensurate with qualification and experience
