CK’s Ingredients Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 22000:2018, FSSAI, and Halal\-certified manufacturer of food ingredients — preservatives, emulsifiers, flavours, and bakery improvers — trusted by distributors, bakeries, and food manufacturers across India for over a decade.

• *ABOUT THIS ROLE**

We are looking for a motivated and organised **HR Executive** to join our team at the head office in Tripunithura, Kochi. You will manage end\-to\-end recruitment, handle PF and ESI compliance, maintain employee records, conduct inductions, and support general HR functions. This is a hands\-on role with real ownership, reporting directly to the AGM.

• *WHAT YOU WILL DO**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters, and joining formalities
• Conduct induction and orientation for all new joiners
• Handle PF and ESI administration — registration, contributions, returns, and employee queries
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and maintain all statutory registers
• Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, contracts, and HR documentation
• Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll inputs with the Finance team
• Handle employee queries and support the implementation of HR policies
• Assist the AGM in training coordination and any other HR initiatives

• *WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience — covering recruitment, compliance, and employee records
• Working knowledge of PF, ESI, and applicable labour laws — mandatory
• Proficiency in MS Office — Excel, Word, email
• Fluent in Malayalam and English — spoken and written
• Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG company is an advantage
