*About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Finance Manager** with a strong background in Bank credit management, financial planning, and IPO preparation \& submissions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, strengthening credit controls, working with financial institutions majorly with UAE Banks and investors, and leading financial readiness for public listing and regulatory submissions.

*Key Responsibilities**

*Credit Management**

Develop and implement company\-wide credit policies and procedures.
Prepare documentation for UAE Banks to get Credit facility approvals
Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and credit agencies.
Improve cash flow through effective credit control and working capital management.

*Financial Management \& Compliance**

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation requirements, and internal controls.
Manage external audits and statutory reporting requirements.
Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for business decisions.

*Candidate Profile**

*Education:**

Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification preferred.

*Experience:**

Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, Credit Management and accounting.
Proven experience in **credit risk management and receivables control**.
Experience dealing with investment bankers, auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, corporate finance, and compliance.
