We are looking for a skilled and detail\-oriented **Finance Manager** to oversee our financial operations and support the company's continued growth.
*Key Responsibilities**
Manage day\-to\-day financial operations, accounting, and bookkeeping.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls.
Oversee payroll processing and related financial documentation.
*Requirements**
Masters/ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience in retail, interior design, construction, or related industries will be an added advantage.
