Finance Manager

• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a hands\-on Finance professional, who has exposure to **fund raising support, investor documentation, and statutory compliances**. The role demands practical knowledge rather than only theoretical understanding.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Assisting in **fund raising activities** and preparation of related documents:
• Investor agreements, SHA, SSA, term sheets, cap tables
• Documentation related to **domestic \& foreign investments**
• Supporting **FEMA, FDI, RBI filings** and compliance requirements
• Coordinating with **investors, legal advisors, CS, and consultants**
• Handling **PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, GST** and other statutory compliances
• Assisting in payroll processing and compliance reporting
• Preparation of MIS reports, budgets, and basic financial analysis
• Liaising with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities

• *Must\-Have Skills \& Experience**

• **2\-4 years of relevant finance experience in a startup**
• Exposure to **investment / fund\-raising documentation**
• Working knowledge of **FEMA \& foreign investment regulations**
• Hands\-on experience in **PF, ESIC \& payroll compliances**
• Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, evolving startup environment

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹700,000\.00 \- ₹1,000,000\.00 per year
