Job Description

  • *What You'll Do**
  • *Recruitment:**
  • Source candidates — job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR rounds
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage offer letters, negotiations, and onboarding paperwork
  • Build and maintain talent pipeline for critical roles
  • *HR Operations:**
  • Run onboarding for new hires — documentation, induction, buddy assignment
  • Maintain employee records and HRMS (Zoho People / Keka / GreytHR)
  • Process attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
  • Handle employee queries on policies, benefits, and compliance
  • Coordinate with finance on salary disbursals and reimbursements
  • *Employee Engagement:**
  • Plan and execute team events, celebrations, and engagement activities
  • Conduct regular check\-ins with employees
  • Handle grievances and escalations with sensitivity
  • Drive company culture initiatives
  • *Admin \& Compliance:**
  • Manage office operations — vendors, housekeeping, supplies
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity)
  • Maintain HR documentation and audit readiness
  • *Must\-Have:**
  • 2\-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or tech company
  • Hands\-on with recruitment — sourcing, screening, closing
  • Experience with HRMS tools (Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR, or similar)
  • Knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Self\-starter who can work with minimal supervision

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
