• *Role Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned and detail\-oriented **Finance Manager** to lead our finance and accounting operations in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will manage end\-to\-end financial operations, ensuring stringent regulatory compliance, seamless daily accounting, and accurate financial reporting to support business growth. Having Minimum CA experience or CA internship experience

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Day\-to\-Day Accounting \& Bookkeeping:**

• Oversee and manage daily accounting entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts in compliance with established financial standards.

• *2\. Billing \& Revenue Management:**

• Manage the monthly sales billing cycle, ensuring timely and error\-free invoice generation.
• Lead aggressive collection follow\-ups to minimize accounts receivable and improve cash flow.

• *3\. Taxation \& Statutory Compliance:**

• Manage end\-to\-end **GST compliance**, including calculation, Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation, and timely return filings.
• Ensure accurate computation, deduction, and deposit of **TDS** (Tax Deducted at Source), along with quarterly return filings and issuing TDS certificates.

• *4\. Audits \& Finalization:**

• Spearhead the year\-end books finalization process and preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P\&L, Cash Flow).
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and statutory auditors, ensuring the timely closure of audits with zero major non\-compliances.

• *Qualifications \& Skills**

• **Education:** Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com) or an MBA (Finance). CA/ICWA (Inter or Finalist) is highly preferred.
• **Experience:** 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in core finance, taxation, and accounts finalization.
• **Technical Proficiencies:** Advanced knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally Solutions, SAP, or Oracle NetSuite) and strong MS Excel skills.

Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
