We are seeking an experienced Finance \& Accounts professional with a strong background in the Engineering or Manufacturing industry to lead finance operations, export\-import finance, taxation, banking, audits, statutory compliance, and commercial finance activities. The ideal candidate should possess hands\-on experience with ERP systems, financial reporting, working capital management, and regulatory compliance while ensuring smooth day\-to\-day financial operations.
- *Key Responsibilities**

### **Export \& Import Finance**
- Manage end\-to\-end export and import documentation and financial processes.
- Handle Letter of Credit (LC), Advance Bank Guarantee (ABG), Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG), Advance License, Duty Drawback, RODTEP, and GST refund procedures.
- Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA), consultants, banks, logistics partners, and international customers for shipment documentation and clearance.
- Review and prepare export documentation, banking paperwork, and trade finance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with import\-export regulations and foreign trade policies.
### **Banking \& Working Capital Management**
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for credit facilities, cash credit renewals, and short\-term funding requirements.
- Prepare and submit stock statements, financial information, and supporting documents for banking and financing purposes.
- Support treasury operations and maintain strong banking relationships.
- Monitor and optimize working capital requirements.
### **Financial Closing, MIS \& Audit**
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare and review Management Information System (MIS) reports and financial dashboards.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and external auditors to ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and support preparation of financial statements and notes to accounts.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, costing, and project accounting activities.
### **Taxation \& Statutory Compliance**
- Ensure timely compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.
- Manage GST filings, refund claims, tax assessments, notices, and departmental queries.
- Liaise with statutory authorities and regulatory bodies to resolve compliance\-related matters.
- Monitor changes in tax regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
### **Legal, Corporate \& Regulatory Compliance**
- Coordinate with legal teams on commercial and contractual matters.
- Support Company Secretary functions related to ROC filings and corporate compliance.
- Provide documentation and financial information required for annual cost audits and regulatory reviews.
- Ensure adherence to statutory reporting and governance requirements.
### **ERP \& Commercial Finance**
- Support ERP implementation, process automation, and finance system improvements.
- Monitor receivables, debtor ageing, customer reconciliations, and collection activities.
- Review project billing, service invoices, and commercial transactions for accuracy.
- Coordinate with customers and legal teams on dispute resolution and recovery matters.
- Drive process improvements to enhance financial controls and operational efficiency.

- Proven experience in Finance \& Accounts within the Engineering or Manufacturing sector.
- Strong expertise in export\-import finance, banking operations, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Hands\-on experience with ERP systems and MIS reporting.
- Good understanding of working capital management, treasury operations, and commercial finance.
- Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
