Finance Officer

• *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented Finance Officer with 10–12 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to banking operations, auditing, taxation, and financial management, along with hands\-on experience in liaising with banks and handling loan processes.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Financial Management \& Reporting**
• Oversee day\-to\-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting
• **Banking \& Liaison**
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Handle banking transactions, reconciliations, and documentation
• Liaise with banks for fund management, credit facilities, and compliance
• **Loan Management**
• Handle end\-to\-end loan processes including documentation, negotiation, and disbursement
• Monitor loan schedules, repayments, and compliance with terms
• Coordinate with financial institutions for working capital and term loans
• **Auditing**
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and audit standards
• Prepare audit schedules and resolve audit queries
• **Taxation**
• Manage direct and indirect tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
• Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with tax regulations
• Coordinate with tax consultants and authorities as needed
• **Compliance \& Controls**
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Strengthen internal controls and risk management practices

• *Qualifications \& Skills**

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CPA preferred)
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, taxation, and auditing
• Experience in handling loans and financial negotiations
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
