Finance & Operation executive

Key Responsibilities

1\. Accounting and Finance

• Ensure billing accuracy for all customer and vendor transactions.
• Follow up efficiently for timely payments from clients and manage accounts receivable.
• Oversee accurate expense reporting and timely employee reimbursements.
• Manage accounting transactions and maintain up\-to\-date financial records.
• Assist in budget forecasting and support in preparing financial reports.
• Support in monthly/quarterly/annual closings and audits.
• Ensure on\-time vendor payments and maintain vendor communication.

2\. Client Records and Sales Coordination

• Manage and update client records regularly.
• Provide sales support to the business development team by coordinating documentation

and information flow.

3\. Cross\-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate efficiently with other departments (HR, Sales, Logistics, etc.) to streamline

workflows and resolve operational challenges.

4\. Stock and Dispatch

• Monitor stock availability and flag low stock levels to procurement.
• Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Oversee dispatch management, including planning and tracking shipments.
• Handle PDI (Pre\-Delivery Inspection) reports for outbound goods.
• Coordinate with transporters for timely and safe deliveries.

5\. Office Administration

• Carry out routine administrative tasks related to office supplies, documentation, and

vendor management.

• Track and maintain records of invoices and LRs (Lorry Receipts).

6\. Travel Expenses and Scheduling

• Manage employee travel expense submissions and reimbursements.
• Coordinate travel schedules and bookings when required.

7\. Bank Activities

• Handle cheque collection, deposit, and bank\-related follow\-ups

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
