• *Salary:** ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

• *Job Description**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented Finance Operations Executive to manage daily accounting, invoicing, payments, reconciliations and statutory compliance. Experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics is required.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Finance \& Accounts.
• Experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics is required.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation (BRS), accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software and MS Excel.

• *Responsibilities**

• Maintain daily accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts and payments.
• Prepare customer invoices and verify vendor bills.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable and outstanding payment follow\-ups.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with cash flow monitoring.
• Track job\-wise revenue, costs and profitability.
• Maintain GST/TDS records and coordinate with the company’s CA and auditors.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
