• *Experience:** Minimum 2\+ years in BPO Inbound Voice Process (Mandatory)
• *Qualification:** Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
• *Salary:** ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month
• *Shift:** 6 PM–3 AM, Monday–Friday

• *Requirements**

• Minimum 2\+ years of BPO Inbound Voice Process experience (Mandatory).
• Excellent English communication and customer\-handling skills.
• Strong problem\-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working night shifts.

• *Responsibilities**

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and excellent customer service.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain customer interaction records and meet performance targets.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
