We are seeking a high‑impact **Financial Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A) Analyst** to support financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision‑making across the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders to translate data into insights, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive disciplined financial execution.
### **Primary Responsibilities**
- *Financial Planning \& Forecasting*** Develop and maintain robust financial models to forecast business performance.
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting cycles using standardized assumptions, templates, and processes.
- Define and maintain KPIs, key drivers, and performance targets in partnership with business stakeholders.
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to support strategic and investment decisions.
- *Financial Analysis \& Insights*** Conduct monthly variance analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends.
- Deliver actionable insights that support corporate strategy and operational decision‑making.
- Perform profitability, cost, and margin analysis across business units and functions.
- Proactively challenge performance against plan and recommend corrective actions.
- *Reporting \& Executive Communication*** Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages.
- Build and maintain dashboards that track KPIs and business performance.
- Develop clear management commentary and executive‑level business review materials.
- *Business Partnering*** Partner with department leaders to support planning, forecasting, and performance management.
- Act as a trusted financial advisor, aligning financial insights with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate month‑end close, accruals, and alignment between actuals and management reporting.
- *Process Improvement \& Automation*** Identify opportunities to improve FP\&A processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency.
- Leverage automation, analytics, and AI‑enabled tools to enhance forecast accuracy and shorten cycle times.
- *Experience and Skills:****Required*** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 2\-3 years of experience in FP\&A, corporate finance, or management consulting.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capability.
- Proven analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- *Preferred*** MBA, CA, CMA, or similar professional certification.
- Experience with forecasting and planning systems (e.g., EPM tools, BI platforms).
- Prior experience supporting cross‑functional stakeholders.
