Financial Analyst – Tally, Budgeting & Cost Control

We are looking for an **Finance Analyst** with strong analytical skills and knowledge of MIS reporting, Tally, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Prepare management reports and financial dashboards.
• Support **FP\&A (Financial Planning \& Analysis)** activities.
• Assist in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting.
• Perform **Budget vs. Actual** and variance analysis.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and other financial KPIs.
• Extract financial and accounting data from **Tally and transfer it into Excel for analysis and reporting.**
• Verify, consolidate, and analyse Tally data to prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports.
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports for management.
• Support cash flow and financial planning activities.
• Analyze business trends and provide insights to management.
• Prepare financial models, projections, and management presentations.
• Collect and consolidate financial data from different departments.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, and Operations teams.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of MIS and FP\&A reports.

• *Required Skills**

• Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF formulas, charts, etc.
• MIS Reporting
• FP\&A
• Tally, Budgeting \& Forecasting
• Variance Analysis
• Financial Analysis \& Reporting
• Financial Modelling
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.

• *Candidate Profile**

• MBA Finance **Required**.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, FP\&A, Financial Analysis, or Management Reporting.
• Candidates with hands\-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis are preferred.
• **Candidates must have practical working knowledge of Tally. (Mendatory)**
• Mumbai candidates or nearby locations.
• Immediate/early joiners preferred.
