WE’RE HIRING \| FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Experience: 15–18 Years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Industry: Manufacturing \| Steel / Mining Preferred

Salary: Up to 68 LPA (in hand)

We are looking for an experienced \*\*Financial Controller\*\* to lead commercial finance activities, strengthen financial controls, and drive business profitability for a leading organization in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

\- Lead annual budgeting, KPI planning, monthly MIS reporting, and profitability analysis.

\- Manage working capital, inventory control, and commercial finance operations.

\- Conduct product\-wise and customer\-wise profitability analysis to support pricing decisions.

\- Drive cost optimization, plant productivity improvements, and financial planning for new projects.

\- Oversee procurement\-related commercial activities, vendor contracts, and import purchase processes.

\- Strengthen internal controls, audit processes, SOPs, and statutory compliance.

\- Lead ERP implementation and process standardization across business units.

\- Coordinate with senior leadership, business heads, auditors, and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

\- CA qualification with 15–18 years of experience in commercial finance within manufacturing.

\- Strong expertise in budgeting, project financing, cost analysis, and working capital management.

\- Proven experience in inventory management, internal controls, audits, and ERP implementation.

\- Steel or mining industry experience is highly preferred.

\- Experience in Nigeria or the African market will be an added advantage.
