We’re Hiring – Senior Hr Officer

Base Location: Lucknow and Noida

Experience: Clothing Wear Brand upto 4\-5 yrs

Salary\- Upto 7 LPA

Must be open to travel \& manage multiple locations

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, interviews \& hiring for stores.

• Partner with store/department managers for manpower planning \& onboarding.

• Drive performance management processes \& support managers in reviews.

• Manage employee relations: grievances, conflict resolution \& disciplinary actions.

• Maintain accurate employee records \& HR systems.

• Lead employee engagement initiatives \& promote a positive work culture.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices \& labour laws (store‑level).

• Experience in talent acquisition, performance management \& ER.

• Excellent communication \& interpersonal skills.

• Problem‑solving mindset with strong decision‑making ability.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

• Leadership skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Having experience in Clothing wear Brand

Qualification

MBA / Graduation in HR or any related field.
