Accenture is seeking a **Delivery Operations Team Lead (Specialist \- CL9\)** with strong Financial Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A) expertise. In this role, you will join our core team supporting a premium global **Retail client**, driving corporate budgeting, forecasting, and strategic performance analysis.

- **Corporate Planning:** Support the preparation and consolidation of the corporate budget, forecasts, and strategic plans covering the global Retail P\&L and operational KPIs.
- **Executive Presentation:** Assist in producing high\-quality management accounts, board papers, and executive summaries that distill data down to the critical issues for the CFO and Senior Leadership Team.
- **Performance Analysis:** Coordinate the "Latest View" process, monitoring financial risks and opportunities, and perform sensitivity analysis across multiple performance scenarios.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Act as a key liaison to Group Finance, Commercial Directors, and Investor Relations teams to maintain triangulation and forecast consistency across the business.
- **Team Leadership:** Manage small teams and localized work efforts, helping to establish best practices and streamlined reporting procedures.
- *What We Are Looking ForExperience \& Education Requirements:**
- **Experience:** **5\+ years directly in FP\&A** or Commercial Finance roles. *(Retail industry experience is highly preferred).*
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (**B.Com, BBA, M.Com** required).
- **Professional Qualifications:** **Chartered Accountant (CA)** or **MBA (Finance)** is required.
- *Technical \& Functional Skills:**
- High proficiency in **Financial Modeling** and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Hands\-on experience or familiarity with enterprise planning/reporting tools (e.g., **OneStream, Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI**).
- Strong capability in corporate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ability to solve moderately complex problems and design new reporting solutions where needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting directly with client stakeholders and senior management.
- Strong prioritization skills with the agility to adapt in a fast\-paced, consumer\-driven environment.
