**Event Execution:** Review BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), coordinate venue layouts, and manage setup/breakdown of tables, linens, and audio\-visual equipment.
**Team Leadership:** Recruit, train, and supervise banquet captains and serving staff; manage floor scheduling and delegate tasks.
**Client \& Guest Relations:** Greet hosts and VIPs, handle last\-minute requests, and resolve guest complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Cross\-Departmental Coordination:** Partner with the Head Chef, Event Sales, and Stewarding to ensure timely meal service and high culinary presentation.
**Quality \& Compliance:** Conduct pre\-event walk\-throughs to enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards
