The Food \& Beverage Executive is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining quality standards, managing inventory, and supporting the achievement of revenue and profitability goals. The role requires strong operational, customer service, and team management skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of restaurant, café, banquet, or outlet operations.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Customer Service
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure repeat business.
Inventory \& Cost Control
- Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for timely replenishment.
- Minimize wastage and control operational costs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock reconciliations.
Team Management
- Supervise and support service staff.
- Assist in staff scheduling and shift planning.
- Train employees on service standards, hygiene, and safety procedures.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
Sales \& Revenue
- Promote food and beverage offerings to maximize sales.
- Support the implementation of promotional activities and special events.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports.
Hygiene \& Safety
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and storage areas.
- Follow health and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications \& Skills
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in food and beverage operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant management systems and POS software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Good leadership and problem\-solving abilities.
