Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading the service team, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, maintaining hygiene standards, and achieving sales and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day\-to\-day restaurant operations.
Supervise and train service staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.
Monitor food quality, service standards, and cleanliness.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance.
Control inventory, reduce wastage, and ensure proper stock management.
Achieve sales targets and improve guest experience.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹19,000\.00 per month
