FP&A Analyst

Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, rolling forecasts, and scenario analysis.

Drive monthly P\&L reviews, variance analysis, management reporting, and performance dashboards.

Analyse profitability across SKUs, brands, channels, geographies, and customers.

Evaluate pricing, trade promotions, distributor margins, and marketing spend to improve contribution margins and ROI.

Partner with sales, marketing, procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to identify cost efficiencies and growth opportunities.

Monitor raw material costs, packaging, manufacturing yields, wastage, and logistics expenses.

Drive working capital optimisation, inventory management, receivables, and cash flow forecasting.

Build financial models and business cases for new product launches, market expansion, and strategic investments.

Strengthen financial controls, reporting processes, and data\-driven decision\-making.
