Job Description
We are looking for energetic and self\-motivated candidates for the role of Franchise Business Development Manager (Freelancer / Part\-Time) for our upcoming cafe franchise brand “NueGen Cafe”.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, generating business leads, and explaining our cafe franchise opportunity to interested investors and business owners.
Responsibilities
Generate franchise business leads through telecalling, social media, WhatsApp, and local networking.
Explain the NueGen Cafe franchise concept and business model to prospects.
Follow up with interested clients and schedule meetings with management.
Maintain daily lead and follow\-up reports.
Support franchise expansion activities across Tamil Nadu.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Tamil.
Basic sales, telecalling, or marketing knowledge preferred.
Confident in speaking with customers and business owners.
Self\-motivated and target\-oriented.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Part\-time and freelance candidates are welcome.
