Franchise Development Manager

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Generate and qualify leads for preschool franchise opportunities.
• Conduct franchise presentations, business meetings, and investment discussions.
• Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to closure and onboarding.
• Develop and execute market expansion strategies to identify new franchise opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and education professionals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Academic teams for smooth franchise setup and launch.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, lead pipelines, and follow\-ups.
• Represent the brand at exhibitions, seminars, franchise meets, and networking events.
• Conduct regular market research to identify potential locations and business opportunities.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 24 years of experience in Franchise Development, Business Development, B2B Sales, or Sales.
• Experience in Education, Preschool, EdTech, or Franchise Industry will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and build long\-term relationships.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and driven to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Strong lead conversion and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and market visits.
• MBA or equivalent qualification in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field will be preferred.
