Franchise Support & Customer Relations Executive

Spectrum Solar is looking for a proactive and customer\-focused **Franchise Support \& Customer Relations Executive** to strengthen our growing franchise network across Kerala. The ideal candidate will coordinate with franchise partners, support dealership development activities, maintain operational reports, and assist with customer lead follow\-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily communication with franchisees and authorized dealers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Support dealership and franchise development activities, including onboarding and documentation.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer lead calls and follow up on enquiries.
• Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and other business tools.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of franchise and customer requirements.
• Track lead status, customer interactions, and franchise performance records.
• Assist in maintaining accurate databases, reports, and business documentation.
• Ensure prompt and professional customer service while representing the Spectrum Solar brand.
• Perform other coordination and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, franchise support, dealer coordination, telesales, or business coordination. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and report preparation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with internal teams and franchise partners.
• Good organizational and problem\-solving skills.
• Customer\-oriented approach with a positive and professional attitude.
