Job Description
Spectrum Solar is looking for a proactive and customer\-focused **Franchise Support \& Customer Relations Executive** to strengthen our growing franchise network across Kerala. The ideal candidate will coordinate with franchise partners, support dealership development activities, maintain operational reports, and assist with customer lead follow\-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily communication with franchisees and authorized dealers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Support dealership and franchise development activities, including onboarding and documentation.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer lead calls and follow up on enquiries.
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and other business tools.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of franchise and customer requirements.
- Track lead status, customer interactions, and franchise performance records.
- Assist in maintaining accurate databases, reports, and business documentation.
- Ensure prompt and professional customer service while representing the Spectrum Solar brand.
- Perform other coordination and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, franchise support, dealer coordination, telesales, or business coordination. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and report preparation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with internal teams and franchise partners.
- Good organizational and problem\-solving skills.
- Customer\-oriented approach with a positive and professional attitude.
