Job Summary

ICA Eduskills is looking for an energetic and proactive Franchise Support Manager (FSM) for Pune location. The role involves extensive traveling to franchise centers for operational support, business coordination, admission activities, audit, and relationship management. Candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and field coordination.

Roles \& Responsibilities

Handle franchise center operations and support activities

Travel regularly across assigned centers and territories

Coordinate with franchise partners for admissions, marketing, and student support

Monitor center performance and ensure smooth operations

Conduct operational visits, audits, and review meetings

Support local marketing and business development activities

Resolve franchise operational issues and escalations

Ensure implementation of company SOPs and guidelines

Maintain MIS reports, visit reports, and business trackers

Coordinate with Head Office and internal departments

Candidate Profile

Graduate/MBA preferred

Strong communication and relationship management skills

Comfortable with extensive field travel

Experience in franchise operations, education industry, retail operations, or business coordination preferred

Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Ability to handle multiple centers and operational activities
