About CRIB FACTORY

CRIB FACTORY is a growing furniture manufacturing and interior solutions company specializing in custom furniture, premium wooden products, handicrafts, and interior projects. We are looking for an experienced **Freelance CFO** to provide financial leadership and support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor **financial plans, budgets and forecasts**
• Analyze **sales, costs, margins, profitability and cash flow**
• Prepare and review **monthly MIS and financial reports**
• Monitor working capital, receivables, payables and cash requirements
• Provide financial insights for **pricing and product profitability**
• Review business performance across **Amazon, website, direct sales, B2B and export channels**
• Identify areas for **cost reduction and improved profitability**
• Support management in financial decision\-making and business expansion
• Monitor GST, TDS and other financial compliance requirements in coordination with the CA/accounting team
• Establish financial controls, processes and reporting systems
• Review major expenses, investments and business proposals
• Assist in financial planning for new products, projects and expansion
• Work closely with the management, accountant and external CA/auditors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field
• CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred
• **5\+ years of relevant finance or senior accounting experience**
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, accounting and business analysis
• Experience with **MIS, budgeting, cash\-flow management and profitability analysis**
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Good understanding of GST, TDS and statutory compliance
• Ability to understand business operations and provide practical financial recommendations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with manufacturing, e\-commerce, retail or growing businesses is an advantage

Engagement

This is a **Freelance / Part\-Time CFO** position. The selected candidate will work closely with the management on a regular basis and provide financial guidance, reporting and strategic support.

• *Compensation:** Monthly retainer / professional fee – negotiable based on experience and scope of work.
