About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer\-focused Furniture \& Interior Sales Executive to handle furniture and interior project enquiries, customer visits, site measurements and sales conversions.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, suggesting suitable furniture solutions, visiting project sites and converting enquiries into successful orders.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Furniture \& Sofa Sales**

• Handle enquiries for sofas, couches and customised furniture.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable designs, materials and configurations.
• Explain product features, pricing and customisation options.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed sales.

• *2\. Board Furniture \& Interior Sales**

• Handle enquiries for modular and customised board furniture.
• Understand customer requirements for wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, TV units, storage units and other furniture.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams for pricing and feasibility.
• Explain material options, finishes and designs to customers.

• *3\. Site Visits \& Measurements**

• Visit customer locations for furniture and interior requirements.
• Take accurate site measurements.
• Understand site conditions and customer expectations.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams.
• Follow up on site work and project progress.
• Coordinate with customers during installation and delivery.

• *4\. Sales \& Customer Relationship**

• Handle walk\-in, phone, WhatsApp and social media enquiries.
• Conduct regular customer follow\-ups.
• Maintain enquiry and sales records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.

Eligibility \& Skills

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in furniture, sofa or interior sales is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of furniture and interior products is an advantage.
• Ability to take site measurements.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and site inspections.
• Malayalam is mandatory; English is preferred.
• Two\-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
