This is not just a writing role, it’s an opportunity to build the curriculum that powers transformation in young naaris. You will translate complex concepts such as GenAI, workplace readiness, communication, and career development into engaging, accessible and action\-oriented learning experiences for young women from diverse socio\-economic backgrounds.

- *Co\-founded by Navya Nanda and Samyak Chakrabarty, Nimaya is a future\-ready not\-for\-profit that empowers young women from socio\-economic barriers to thrive in the future of work.** We are on a mission to ensure our Naaris have an edge in leveraging AI at work instead of being at risk of being replaced by it.

Unlike traditional skill\-building NGOs, Nimaya is laser\-focused on preparing women for the AI\-powered digital economy; not just with skills, but with aspiration and identity.
Through our flagship program, the GenAI Ready Naari, we equip our learners with 21st\-century skills, real\-world exposure, and the confidence to pursue meaningful career pathways. To date, **10,000\+ Nimaya Naaris across 5 states** have benefited from our interventions. Our work is supported by partnerships with leading institutions, including the Government of India’s\- **YuvaAI Mission**.

- Minimum **1\-2 years of experience** in creative writing, educational content development, learning experience design, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated experience **creating structured learning content,** **modules,** workbooks, training materials, or educational resources.
- **Strong writing and editing skills** with the ability to adapt content for different learner groups and learning levels.
- **Familiarity with AI, digital skills,** workplace readiness, communication skills, or future\-of\-work topics is a must
- Experience **working in education, skilling,** workforce development, EdTech, impact organisations, or related sectors is preferred.
- Your Core Responsibilities*
- **Create learner\-centric content**: create structured content including case studies, exercises, reflection activities, facilitator guides and assignments aligned with program goals.
- **Translate complex concepts into accessible learning experiences** : simplify topics such as AI, workplace readiness, communication, and professional development into engaging and practical content.
- **Continuously improve learning materials** : gather feedback, analyse learner engagement, and iterate quickly to enhance curriculum effectiveness and learner outcomes.
- **Ensure consistency across the learning experience** : maintain quality, tone, structure, and instructional alignment across all curriculum components.
