Freelance Real Estate Lead Generation and Digital Marketing Executive

Sudha Prime Realty is looking for a motivated and result\-oriented Freelance Lead Generation \& Digital Marketing Executive to support our business growth in the Bangalore real estate market.

First Month – Performance Evaluation

The first month will be considered an evaluation period to assess the candidate's lead generation capabilities, marketing skills, and overall performance.

Responsibilities

• *●Generate genuine buyer and investor leads**

●Create and manage social media content **●Design marketing creatives and advertisements**

• *●\* Plan and manage Facebook \& Instagram ad campaigns** Support lead follow\-up activities \*

• *●** Build brand awareness for Sudha Prime Realty

Compensation – Month 1

● **Performance\-based model**

• *●** For every successful booking closed from leads generated by the executive, 20% of the company's net commission from that transaction will be paid as an incentive.

Full\-Time Employment Opportunity

Candidates who demonstrate strong performance and generate quality leads may be offered a permanent position from the second month.

Salary Range ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month
