*Key Responsibilities**

Understand job requirements shared by the company/client
Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, referrals, etc.
Screen and shortlist relevant candidates
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Ensure regular follow\-ups with candidates till joining
Maintain candidate data and avoid profile duplicacy
Share daily/weekly recruitment updates

Strong sourcing and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Experience in bulk hiring or sales hiring is an added advantage
Own laptop and internet connection
