About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Freelance Social Media Manager with prior experience in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the complete social media content workflow, from planning and shooting videos to editing and publishing engaging content across social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Visit clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities for content shoots.
• Capture high\-quality photos and videos for social media.
• Edit reels, short\-form videos, and promotional content.
• Create engaging captions and content calendars.
• Publish and manage content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for content planning.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management.
• Prior experience working with healthcare, dental, medical, or wellness brands is preferred.
• Strong skills in video shooting and reel editing.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

• Basic graphic design knowledge.
• Experience with content strategy and social media growth.
• Good communication and client coordination skills.
