We are looking for a creative and skilled Short\-Form Video Editor to create highly engaging reels similar to viral Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts content.
Responsibilities
- Edit short\-form videos (30–90 seconds) with strong audience retention.
- Add dynamic captions, motion graphics, zoom\-ins, sound effects, transitions, and visual effects.
- Create fast\-paced edits that keep viewers engaged from start to finish.
- Use stock footage, B\-roll, screenshots, graphics, and animations when needed.
- Follow content trends while maintaining high\-quality storytelling.
- Deliver videos on time and maintain consistent quality.
Requirements
- Minimum **1 year of experience** editing short\-form content.
- Strong understanding of retention editing techniques and viral content structure.
- Proficiency in:
- **Adobe Premiere Pro**
- **DaVinci Resolve**
- **CapCut Desktop**
- Experience with motion graphics, animated subtitles, and social media content.
- Ability to match editing styles from reference videos.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience editing content for creators, influencers, coaches, SaaS brands, or business pages.
- Knowledge of current Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts trends.
- Basic graphic design skills using Photoshop or Canva.
