We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Freight Broker for our Mohali location, supporting a US Logistics process. The ideal candidate will have either a minimum of six months of direct experience in freight brokerage and logistics or one year of BPO voice experience in US International Sales. The Freight Broker will be responsible for the full cycle of brokerage activities, which includes identifying and securing new clients while nurturing existing customer relationships. Key tasks involve negotiating freight rates with carriers and shippers to secure cost-effective transportation solutions and coordinating shipments to ensure timely deliveries. The role requires maintaining strong, professional relationships with both carriers and clients to facilitate smooth operations and service reliability.
