• Communicate professionally with US\-based clients and stakeholders over voice calls.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining high\-quality communication standards.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records and update information in the system.
• Follow company processes, quality guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Build positive relationships through effective communication and customer service.
