Job Description

Core responsibilities

• **Customer support:** Answer calls, assist with service or product questions, and help customers with issues related to their accounts or orders.
• **Problem\-solving:** Troubleshoot problems, resolve complaints, and follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
• **Sales and orders:** Place orders, process payments, and identify sales opportunities by recommending products or services.
• **Data management:** Document all call details, update customer information in a database, and maintain accurate records using CRM software.

Key duties

• Following communication scripts and adapting them as needed.
• Identifying customer needs and providing solutions.
• Escalating complex issues to supervisors or other departments.
• Maintaining a professional and courteous tone.
• Meeting or exceeding performance targets, such as call volume and customer satisfaction goals.
• Work from home

Pay: ₹9,500\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
