Profile Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Google Ads Executive** with 0–1 year of experience in digital advertising. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in managing **Google Ads** and basic exposure to **Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram Ads)**. This role is suitable for freshers who are eager to build a career in performance marketing and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads).
• Assist in planning and executing Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve results.
• Track conversions and prepare performance reports.
• Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies.
• Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in digital advertising.

Required Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads.
• Hands\-on experience running Google Ads campaigns.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of keyword research and campaign optimization.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast\-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Certification in Google Ads or Digital Marketing will be preferred.
• 0–1 year of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Candidates with internship or freelance experience are encouraged to apply.
