We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an E\-Commerce Voice Process in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, understanding customer requirements, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle customer calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist customers with order\-related and general e\-commerce queries.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
• Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
• Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

• *Eligibility:**

• 12 Pass freshers are eligible.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Good customer handling and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
