• Negotiate with clients to secure mutually beneficial terms and pricing.
• Conduct **quality assurance** on delivered documents including research articles, review articles, and books.
• Keep clients updated about the latest services, offerings, and business opportunities.
• Lead and manage a team of representatives providing customer support.
• Troubleshoot client concerns and provide effective, timely solutions.
