About the Role

Bringletech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Fresher Social Media Marketing \& Content Creator who is passionate about digital branding, content creation, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and creative communication.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms
• Plan, schedule, and manage daily social media posts and campaigns
• Write captions, content copies, and promotional marketing material
• Assist in developing brand awareness and audience engagement strategies
• Coordinate with the design and video editing team for content execution
• Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends
• Deliver tasks within deadlines

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, and digital campaigns
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is a plus
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of branding and personal brand building
• Understanding of lead generation through social media
• Experience in content writing or managing social pages (personal or academic projects accepted)
