Key Responsibilities: 1\) Manage front desk and reception activities 2\) Greet visitors and handle incoming calls professionally 3\) Maintain visitor records and courier handling 4\) Support office administration and coordination tasks 5\) Manage office supplies and documentation 6\) Enter and maintain data accurately in ERP system 7\) Assist departments with ERP\-related support 8\) Coordinate with IT/ERP vendors for issue resolution Required Qualifications \& Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce Basic knowledge/experience of ERP systems Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English, Hindi \& one regional language Strong multitasking and problem\-solving abilities Customer\-oriented and professional attitude Preferred: 2–3 years experience in Front Office / Back Office / Customer\-facing roles Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment Knowledge of office equipment and administration Interested candidates can share their updated resume.
